Jennifer Lawrence is only 24 years old, and she’s already worth an estimated $40 million, but that doesn’t mean she’s ready to embrace the high price of upscale living in Los Angeles.
She was recently shopping for couches in L.A., and was so frustrated that she ended up just buying one from Ikea. She tells the Telegraph, “It doesn’t matter how much money I make, unfairness in prices really fires me up.
“Like shopping in L.A and a t-shirt costs $150. It’s important to stay grounded, so I don’t know. I’m figuring it out. Or trying to.”
That said, couches from Ikea definitely aren’t that cheap, unless you go for one of their futons. The couches will run you $500 to $1,200.
Speaking of Jennifer, on Friday’s “Tonight Show”, Liam Hemsworth said kissing her for “The Hunger Games” was always uncomfortable, because she would intentionally eat something like tuna or garlic first, to make her breath reek.
